FAQ'S

Frequently asked questions....

In our hobby we use a few different terms or abbreviation here are some helpful tips.

What does rtf stand for? Ready to Fly, so the model comes with a transmitter / controller in the box, generally complete with nothing else to buy.

What does bnf stand for? We use this term for bind n fly, this means you will need to use your own Spektrum Transmitter or purchase one you like the look of.

What does bnf basic mean? Like bind n fly, this means you will need to use your own Spektrum Transmitter or purchase one you like the look of, plus a battery and a charger.

What does rfr stand for? This term means ready for receiver, it is not used as much but means it has motor, speed controller and servos, you add your own brand of receiver to the model and use your matching transmitter.

Who delivers my goods? We mainly use Parcelforce for the delivery of the orders, but for small orders we sometimes use Royal Mail. If we use Parcelforce they email tracking details the evening before delivery so you know that it is coming.

What if I am out? If nobody is in to sign for the parcel then Parcelforce either leaves the goods with a neighbour or leaves you a calling card, follow the instructions on the card.
