I'd just like to say the service at your shop is first rate. For some reason independent model shops can have a surly bunch for staff, usually kids who sneer unless you buy the best of everything. That is definately not the case here, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their soldering work is first rate. I would recommend them to anybody.

I would just like to thank you on the outstanding service your company provided me. Yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon I spoke with Alan a number of times to order a Porsche model car kit that we urgently needed as a leaving present for a manager. Alan suggested that parcels are taken to the post office in the mornings, but if it was sent Wednesday morning it may not arrive in time for the meeting Thursday at 10:00. He said he would do his best to get the parcel to the post office that afternon so a quicker delivery might be made. The model and all of the accessories arrived this morning (Wednesday) at 08:00 which leaves plenty of time to wrap it up for tomorrow's meeting. Thanks again for the great service provided!
